The parking lot felt safe, and the outside grounds looked all right. Inside, though, the room was old and poorly maintained, and the sink drained slowly. Breakfast was included, but I went to McDonald's instead. The stay was acceptable, far from a good experience, though Hampton Inn was much worse. They charged a $50 security fee. I was told it would be returned at checkout, but it only gets refunded after they inspect the room. If there's a problem, they don't give the money back. Hotels are all charging this fee now.

There were cats in cages outside the rooms, which I found really off-putting. I booked a king room and paid extra for a jetted tub, but the bathtub was filthy enough that I showered with my sandals on. The room smelled bad, had holes in the wall, a thermostat ripped off the wall, and dead bugs everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I couldn't stay. The smoke in the room was so thick that both my dog and I had trouble breathing, and we got no sleep. At 6:30 in the morning, I left in my pajamas with my dog to check out, but the front desk was closed even though it was supposed to be open 24 hours. The TV was already on when I arrived, with the pillows propped up like someone had been watching it in bed. It looked like whoever cleaned the room had been lying there smoking. After driving 11 hours with my dog, I was exhausted, and the cheap motel was worse than I expected. I'd booked four days and lost all the money, including the pet fee. I'd give it zero stars if I could, and people should stay at their own risk.

I arrived at 7 pm in pouring rain and sleet after booking online, but they wouldn't give me a room because I had a paper ID. They also refused a refund, then rudely pushed me out of the office less than a minute after I got there. Highly, highly don't recommend.
