Avid hotel Wenatchee

The front desk team and Manager Roy were especially helpful, answering all our questions and making the evening go smoothly. Rooms were clean, beds soft, water pressure good, and there were both soft and firm pillows. The breakfast bar was great, with unlimited coffee and a water source available 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel to Confluence employees, and there’s a group rate code.

We paid 488.00 for two nights on vacation, once all the extra charges had quickly piled up. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the parking lot was well lit, and there weren’t any creepers hanging around. But for what the place is, it felt overpriced. The colors in the building and rooms were ugly, and the pillows were the flat, feather type. There’s no fan-only option on the thermostat. Breakfast started at 7, but both mornings the food was gone by 7:30. It seemed like they put out enough for about 20 people, and when the hotel was full there wasn’t enough staff to keep things clean and stocked. Good luck getting breakfast and a clean place to sit. I was also still waiting for the required 50.00 security deposit to be refunded a day later. You have to pay in full before your stay, too. I’d look elsewhere.

The price couldn’t be beat, and we’ll definitely stay here again. The outside, lobby, and elevators were clean, as was our spotless room. The gentleman who checked us in was polite and efficient.

The beds were like a dream, and the bathroom was really nice. The rooms are a little small, but that tradeoff worked for me. Breakfast was good, especially for something included, though the scrambled eggs were a bit bland. After we finished eating, Paul Priestly, the hotel’s ambassador, came over to ask how our stay was going and whether there was anything they could improve. He was really friendly, and that was a first for us. So far, we’ve had a great stay. The eggs could use more flavor, but that was the only thing I’d change.
