Clarion Pointe Wenatchee

It’s handy being near restaurants, and our room was okay. No bad smells, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. But there was a lot of stuff under the bed, so it didn’t seem like the rooms get a deep clean. My kids accidentally left their bedtime plushies behind, and they were taken right away by the cleaning staff. They said they had a lost and found, but just kept telling us they’d look while placating us. Don’t leave anything behind, because you won’t see it again. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed at the Clarion Pointe hotel in Wenatchee for a long stay-cation, and it felt like a real vacation. My two-queen room had a fridge, microwave, desk and chair for writing, another chair for putting on shoes, and a huge closet for a hotel. The linens felt luxurious, the bathtub had hot water, and housekeeping was great. I loved having laundry facilities, the indoor pool, and hot tub, all open 24 hours. Breakfast was a highlight. Tracy kept the kitchen area spotless and the food fresh and abundant, with everything well stocked. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and spent 35 years in customer service and sales, and as a Choice Rewards member, I thought she was fantastic. There were lots of guests around, and breakfast still stayed clean and well presented. The staff made me feel welcome. Nick helped me with my phone, computer, and the hotel’s ins and outs. Dylan on the night shift at the front desk printed bus routes and chatted with me. Wynona, Judy, and Gaby were also excellent at the front desk. They remembered my name and always said hello. This is my favorite Choice Hotel in Wenatchee, Washington. Thank you, Clarion Pointe of Wenatchee!

The pool was spacious and clean, and breakfast was good and kept up well. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and suited us fine. We’d stay again.

They have a coffee bar with free tea, instant cocoa, and hot cider for anyone who doesn’t drink coffee, plus continental breakfast every day. Our room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely come back.
