Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel

The hours for the pool and hot tubs were convenient, with kids allowed until 10pm and adults until midnight. But nobody enforced the kids’ cutoff. After I mentioned it to the front desk, children were still dunking 10-20 towels in the pool, leaving us with none, and the staff seemed not to care. The indoor hot tub was so hot it felt like it could burn your skin. The outdoor one was great. The room felt only decently clean and was dated, with some ugly water spots on the ceiling. Our double queen room didn’t have a microwave, either. I booked at one price but was charged more when I arrived, and I let that go. It was my first time in Wenatchee, but I won’t stay here again. I’d skip this hotel.

We had a large, comfortable, clean room, and the bedding and big fluffy towels made us feel like royalty. I also loved being next to the conference center and performing arts center. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and checking out the local shops and restaurants. Almost everything about the hotel was great.

The staff were helpful, polite, and nice, and the pool with its hot tub was great. They also have an outdoor hot tub, which was really nice. The hotel was clean and good, and we had a decent stay. Breakfast wasn’t good at all, though, and there’s no microwave in the room. There are just two microwaves in the main hall for the whole hotel.

The customer service was decent when I stayed here with my family, but everything else was very bad. The bathroom was dirty and the tub floor was worn. The toilet and shower shared one area, while the sink was separate with no door or privacy. The room was very dim and had hardly any places to charge devices. Breakfast was awful, just cereal, some cold bread, and little else.
