Emberle and Kyle made our vacation as good as it could have been, especially with the accommodations. Everything was the right distance away, and Wolf Creek was only 38 minutes from where we stayed. We’ll come back again and again.

We really enjoyed the property, and our stay was otherwise amazing. The noise from the small children staying directly below us did interrupt the atmosphere we wanted for a romantic getaway. I’m a mother myself, so I understand that kids play and cry, but it did affect the experience. I contacted management; they responded at first, then stopped communicating after a while. Since guests are asked about the purpose of their stay when booking, I’d suggest grouping families with children together more thoughtfully. That small change could make things better for everyone. We appreciated the property’s overall quality.

Everyone was so kind, and Kyle was great. We could rent movies, do laundry right in our room, and enjoy the resort’s amazing amenities.

The welcome reception had plenty of snacks for the kids and complimentary local beer that was good. Our one-bedroom condo had everything we needed, and the fireplace came in handy. We could pick up DVDs and board games at check-in, and pool towels at the recreation center. The center also had a playground, hot tub, and indoor basketball.

The staff were helpful and engaging, and the activities department was wonderful and fun. We had a beautiful stay at Club Wyndham Pagosa Spring in the lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath home at 1216 Teal Landing. The view was breathtaking each morning. Thanks for having us, we hope to return!
