Holiday Inn Express Wenatchee by IHG

We spent New Year's Eve through January 2 here, four families with eight kids, and had a wonderful time. The lobby was a favorite, especially for late-night board games, and the heated pool and spa were great. Staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable. They also serve hot breakfast and dinner, plus fresh cookies baked daily. We'd happily return.

Sam and Heidi were so patient and helpful when we asked to change rooms, and breakfast was great. Even with things busy, the food was restocked promptly. One small issue: some fourth-floor doors slam really loudly. We heard them through the night, despite being near the end of the hallway, and our neighbors weren't coming and going especially often.

We found a walking and biking trail up the street that connects to Wenatchee Confluence State Park, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was quiet at night, clean, and well cared for. We were there for a weekend conference and found the staff kind and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the adults-only hot tub hours were 9-11pm. There were wildfires nearby during our stay, but the air inside was excellent. I'd recommend it.

A number of my staff have stayed at the Holiday Inn on N Wenatchee Ave over the past five-plus months, and it's been one of our best hotel experiences. The complimentary dinner is a real standout. Rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, the property is kept up well, and things run smoothly. Tiffany, the manager, is fantastic: kind, professional, and clearly committed to good service. The staff as a whole are friendly, attentive, and professional. It feels like a home away from home for business or a leisure trip.
