They accepted the morning booking and accepted his Native law international business card as ID. The manager said he could come back at 2pm, as he did, but then they refused to let him in, claiming his ID wasn't proper or sufficient. He doesn't need it. It's HIS land. They also didn't refund the booking. Absolutely disgusting.

There were roaches in the room, and I found trash under the dresser when I moved it to reach the microwave. The microwave had no outlet nearby, and it still wouldn't work with an extension cord. They advertise in-room coffee makers, but that wasn't true. There was water damage over the shower, a serious leak from the bathtub faucet, and the toilet was jammed too close to the wall. Avoid this hotel.

We reported cockroaches and management kicked us out, blaming our dogs. Our dogs are clean, and we don't have cockroaches. Now I have to spend extra money disinfecting everything we own so we don't spread them elsewhere. They won't refund us or offer any compensation. I'd never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Mohit was great to deal with before and during my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a fridge/freezer and TV. The first room still seemed to need maintenance and had a couple of issues, so I had to move. He apologized and switched me to a slightly nicer room, but its high windows had no curtains or blinds, and I like a completely dark room at night. Traffic and the bar across the street were also loud until it closed at 1am on Saturday. That noise wasn't the hotel's fault, but it mattered. No one was at the desk when I checked out, so I left my room card. They'd also kept my driver's license without telling me. I only found out the next day after I was home, and it had to be mailed to me. Edited. Original review Dec ‘24
