Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wentzville St Louis West by IHG

The staff were professional and friendly, and breakfast was included. Our room was huge and very clean, with a comfortable bed made up in bright white sheets and a cover. It also had a lounging chair, desk, microwave, and fridge, all in excellent shape. Couldn't have asked for more.

We got in around 7:30 pm, and the front desk attendant was welcoming. Our room, number 123, was roomy and very clean, and checkout was easy. Breakfast was superb, with more choices and better-quality food than at most hotels. The staff were exceptional throughout. I'd booked at the last minute after canceling another hotel, and the woman on the phone was friendly and professional and helped find the best price. This may be the nicest Holiday Inn I've stayed at. I'd highly recommend it.

We accidentally left behind a case with a laptop and other accessories. The staff quickly spotted it and got in touch, which was lucky, though we were already too far away to go back that day by the time we received the message. The front desk then went out of its way to get the laptop to us as quickly and cheaply as possible.

From arrival through checkout, everything went smoothly. Mr. Khamir was especially friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the water was hot with nice pressure. Breakfast was good, too. I'd absolutely come back.
