Snow to Sun RV Resort

The residents were very nice and helpful, but our last visit felt like a step down from earlier stays. The place was clean, though some things need fixing and upkeep. Office communication could be better. We parked our large fifth wheel, and a worker drove up beside us in a golf cart without saying anything. Two days later, the office told us we’d parked in the wrong spot. I understand they have management issues.

I plan to stay at Snow to Sun while I look for a new home to put on another site. My current place will be sold as a fixer-upper. It has a lot of potential, but I’m not physically able to do the work myself. There’s new management now, and a lot has already improved. I’m hopeful there will be more changes ahead.

I’ve lived here for 14 years, and this used to be one of the best parks in the valley. Since a new manager came in last year, there’s been no communication, and I never see her. A resident picks up debris every morning. Without that person, it seems it would never get collected. The pool has algae and doesn’t feel safe to swim in. The new cleaner doesn’t seem to be adding chemicals, and apparently the manager isn’t checking the pool. It used to be very clean under the previous cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend this park anymore.
