We’ve been coming here for over a year, and it’s been a dependable choice for us in the rgv. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the rates are affordable, and the quality hasn’t let us down. It’s been remodeled, and the area is fairly quiet.

The room reeked of smoke, as if they hadn’t even thought to ask whether we wanted a smoke-free room. I’d call it a two-star hotel. There were dead bugs, and the place felt dirty and rusty.

We’ve visited three times now and will definitely return. The owner and staff are great and very accommodating, the rooms are spotless, and everything worked beautifully. It’s quiet, with plenty of parking, and the grounds are immaculate. The rooms are very affordable, too. I’d like to see better coffee pots, since ours were badly burned on the bottom of the burner, and a stronger continental breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from, but we managed. My wife and I spent a night here, and we thought the motel was awesome. The room was clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again.

The location was great and the service very good. The bed was really comfortable, though the room was somewhat dirty, with a coffee stain on the bathroom door and a dead insect by the bed.
