Stormy winter days are perfect for unwinding here, with the cozy wood-burning stove, board games, and the ocean to watch. We haven't visited in summer, but the private beachfront BBQ and Adirondack space sounds like it would be EPIC. It's secluded and family-oriented, which makes it feel safe, and it's just right for relaxing and unplugging from the wider world.

We've visited Orcas Island for almost 10 years, but this was our first time at West Beach Resort. A dreary winter weekend with our two young kids left us feeling incredibly refreshed, and we had THE BEST time. We've already booked for next year and plan to keep coming back as long as they'll have us!

It's in a great spot, close to town but still feels remote. The staff are lovely, and the place has everything you need, apart from fire tools. Book your next visit soon since they fill up fast.

The property is beautiful and has plenty of amenities that make camping easy. Town is super close, and West Beach made it simple for us to drive around the whole island. Before heading to Mt. Constitution, we picked up a delicious coffee at the general store. We also grabbed breakfast burritos before going whale watching. My first time in the San Juan Islands and Orcas Island was seriously a blast!
