The coffee was good, and that's why I gave this place one star. The breakfast otherwise was waffles, stale cereal, and bread that looked old. Even the tables in the breakfast area hadn't been wiped. The floors and hallways were dirty, the elevator floor filthy, and the ceramic floors in the foyers were cracked. The whole place smelled bad. There were only two thin, cheap towels in the room, and no blanket, though the pillows were nice. My wife and I felt uncomfortable the whole stay. I've stayed at other Super 8s that were clean and well kept, but this one fell well below that standard and left me with a very different impression of Super 8.

We booked for two days but left after the first night. The room smelled like dog pee and other gross stuff, and the walls were moldy and filthy. The carpets were awful and smelled horrible too. My family has been traveling for ten years, and this was the worst experience we've had. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. I also noticed the owner replies to comments with almost the exact same answer each time, which seemed a little strange.

We had no choice but to stay because the other hotels nearby were booked and we had an event to attend. The best thing about the place was its proximity to the university. I killed six roaches over our two nights, and one crawled out of my bag as we packed to leave. You're welcome. I’ll send Wyndham my pest control bill. Before we even reached our roach-infested room, there was a bad smell, stains on the hall carpets, and trash in the stairwell. The beds were mattresses on boards, no box springs, and uncomfortable. For five registered guests, we got two pillows, two small throw pillows, and one towel. When I asked for more, I got attitude from staff lounging barefoot and scrolling on their phones. The bathroom door wouldn't close and had what looked like axe marks. There was another roach to kill, a used bar of soap, low lighting, mold on the ceiling, and no working fan. The TV only worked when the main light was on. Breakfast was Cheerios, waffles, white toast, and a muffin. I can't believe Wyndham would be associated with this hole of a hotel.

I'm homeless and needed somewhere to stay, so I called to ask if there were rooms. The man on the phone said no, even though the website showed about seven available. About an hour later I called again and spoke with AJ, who said there were rooms and got us checked in, thankfully. I saw two roaches and showed one of the desk staff the next day. She apologized, and I told her it was fine, I just wanted her to know about the infestation. The bottom of the bathroom door and the floor behind the threshold are torn up. Housekeeping hadn't come in for four going on five days. One desk worker is on her phone and laid back in her seat every time I go to the front. She also charged my card on the third day, even though I was getting help from a company to cover the rest of the stay. I was told my card would just be on file and the charge would stay pending until checkout. They said I'd get a refund because someone else had paid for the stay. The room was clean and smelled nice, and I was very thankful that the bathroom had been cleaned because I was desperate for a shower after not having one for days. There were two towels, two washcloths, and a small towel I used on the floor. But there were blood stains near the bed that hadn't been bleached away. The people above us have stomped around since day three. My child dumped a box of noodles, so I offered to vacuum them myself, but after saying I could use the vacuum, the desk still wouldn't let me take it. I had to pick the mess up by hand. The cable doesn't connect to the TV, and the microwave only works with the big light on because its wiring is off. The AC keeps stopping, and I have to press the reset button to get it going again. Hope this is helpful 🙂

After sixty years of traveling, this is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. It's in a crowded spot beside a busy restaurant and street. The front desk girl gave our room to us and another couple, then moved us to what she called the dog room because I had my service dog. The smell in there was awful, like dog pee and decades of chain smoking. We could barely open the window, just a tiny crack, and even air fresheners didn't help. It seemed to be soaked into the walls, furniture, and bedspread, not just the carpet. There wasn't really a blanket, just the world's smallest bedspread, more like a decoration at the foot of the bed that couldn't cover your whole body. Bring your own pillows, sheets, and blanket if you stay. The shower water was probably the hottest I've ever had, but too hot, and you'd burn your skin if you didn't pay attention.
