That breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel, with so many choices there was something for everyone. We’d happily come back. We were only there for one night, but the room had plenty of space and was well equipped. The huge bathroom and especially impressive shower stood out. With a fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, it would also work well for a longer stay or a trip with the kids. It was easy to walk to downtown West Bend and several bars and restaurants, so we didn’t need the car. Everything was clean, and we loved the location and room. The mattress was the one letdown for us, pretty firm when we prefer something softer.

Clean, nice rooms and a great breakfast, but the beds were awful. I woke up both mornings with a bad backache. Those mattresses felt like sleeping on the floor. With little kids, a good night’s sleep matters to us, so we’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.

My family was really happy with this hotel. It felt new and was very clean, and the indoor pool was a good size for little kids to play in. The gym was clean too and had plenty of equipment.

The rooms I had came with a whole kitchen, which I hadn’t asked for and didn’t need. My friends’ rooms had kitchens as well. It was fine, honestly, but probably not the place I should’ve picked for a weekend getaway. Seems better suited to someone traveling for work.

I’m Marriott Bon Voy, so I only stay at Marriotts. This one is new and really attractive, though some things aren’t practical. There’s no light in the eating and relaxing area, and the toilet, counter, and paper holder are arranged horribly. My poor elbow! The location is great, just steps from Downtown, Riverwalk, and Museum of Wisconsin Art.
