Fairfield Inn & Suites Cincinnati North/West Chester

Kendra made organizing our team's two day off-site training easy. She arranged rooms for nine people arriving and leaving on different days from around the country, plus the meeting space, and kept in good contact with me. Shawna and Vanessa were wonderful to work with too. The whole hotel was spotless, and our rooms were spacious, lovely, and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the Red Velvet waffles. Boulder Care appreciates you all. This is now my first choice when my team visits.

My family had an unexpected emergency, so I needed to cancel and asked respectfully for a refund. I was ready to provide documentation, but the manager wouldn't consider it and spoke down to me. I was never given a clear, valid reason for denying the refund. As a Marriott Bonvoy member and someone serving in the military, I expected basic care and professionalism in a situation outside my control. Instead, I felt dismissed and met with no empathy. I won't book this property again, and the experience has unfortunately made me reconsider staying at any Marriott chain. It left me feeling that loyalty and real emergencies aren't valued here.

The noise was the deciding factor, and I won't stay here again. Kids were running through the hotel loudly and disrespectfully when I checked in, with no parents or anyone telling them to consider other guests. It went on until about 11 p.m., started again by 8 a.m., and was worse the second night, continuing until 11:30. I liked my previous stay, and everything else about the hotel is great, but it was noisy for most of this visit. Don't come here if you want to rest or get to sleep before midnight. There are plenty of other places nearby. I'll probably avoid Fairfield Suites in general too, since the brand feels like a downgrade from other Marriott properties.

The room's clean and spacious, and the lack of carpet looks nice and probably feels cleaner. But it may do nothing for soundproofing. We've been here barely 30 seconds and already got a noise complaint by phone saying we were jumping around. All we'd done was walk in and use the toilet. It's 9:40 p.m. Apparently you're not meant to move or even breathe in here.
