Hampton Inn Columbia-I-26 Airport

We’re from Ga and came for a family reunion. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The young woman who cooked was extremely nice. Natori Darby, the night shift manager, was kind and helpful, and the day shift employee was kind and helpful too. My husband and I will keep staying here when we visit family. I highly recommend them for a raise. You don’t often find employees of this caliber.

The staff were accommodating, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is free. I found food in the refrigerator, maybe left by the previous guest, which was my only complaint. I heard room service comes every other day, and that was fine. I took out the trash myself and left the dirty towels in a neat pile. For the price, it’s pretty good. As a Hilton member, though, this location isn’t like many Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. But it’s South Carolina, not Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, or Charleston. That’s how they do things in Columbia, if you know, you know. 4/5

The breakfast is good, and I liked having a good-sized smart TV for streaming. The beds are comfortable, the shower has strong pressure and hot water, and the AC gets cold. Only wish the hard-boiled eggs came without the shells. That’s a huge inconvenience.

The exercise room was spacious and had good equipment, and there was free parking. We got a great price on a King size bed through Trevago. The room was a little small, but the location was good. They also had complimentary full breakfast and coffee available 24/7.
