We ended up leaving without staying because the front desk woman was extremely rude. I believe she is from India. The place isn't luxurious, and it didn't look dirty from what I saw, but nobody was friendly. Whoever owns or runs this motel needs to get themselves and their employees some customer service training. My family has run a business in Los Angeles County since the 1980s, and service like this can be a death sentence for a business.

We needed another night because of a family emergency, but management wouldn't let us book one. They said guests couldn't have a continuous stay. What kind of business turns away money like that? The price was reasonable and staff were pleasant, but the room was very basic and there were no face towels, something every woman needs. I won't stay there again or recommend it.

I work nights and only asked about check-in times. When I said I might cancel because of how rude she was, she replied, "fine, go ahead." She didn't care whether I was a satisfied customer. There are plenty of other places that show appreciation and treat people with simple kindness. This woman left me with a bad taste in my mouth and probably nightmares. What happened to common courtesy?

My room was in good shape and very clean, and I would stay here again. You can hear plenty of freeway noise outside, but the room seems well insulated because it was hard to hear indoors. The location just off the 10 is convenient.

I booked on Expedia for $79, but when I arrived they said their internet and TV were down, so they couldn't look up my reservation. The man at the office said I could still have a room, but it would cost $110. That extra $30 was absurd, especially since there was no TV or Wi-Fi either, and I was pretty disappointed. There were also a lot of shady-looking hookers and gangsters around. Thanks, Expedia! You're the best! 👌
