I was especially impressed by how carefully the house is stocked, from the well-appointed kitchen to all the thoughtful toiletries. It feels like a lot of care went into making it beautiful and welcoming, somewhere guests can settle in and feel at home. Everything is charming and thoughtfully put together, and the place is cozy, comfortable, and so inviting that you want to stay longer. Hard to pick a single favorite, but Kitty is a host second to none.

We came away from our stay last year feeling so cozy that I still get that feeling when I think about it. This review is long overdue. Friends, it's more than a cottage. It may look like one from outside, but inside it's a fully stocked house. After a summer vacation with a list of issues, finding this place felt like sweet redemption. The kids had a thoughtful scavenger hunt, my wife and I got a bottle of wine, and there were freshly baked muffins or cookies. I can't remember which, but they were delicious! The living and sleeping areas were well appointed, every room was clean, the bathrooms had everything you could need, and the Wi-Fi never gave us trouble. It's a short drive to downtown Elmira, with a scenic drive to the big box and shopping areas, so it's nicely between the two. I usually sleep poorly when I'm away, but the bed was comfortable too. I normally mention anything I think needs attention, and I couldn't find a thing here. It's a great spot for a weekend getaway or a full-blown home away from home. Kitty, you've done a terrific job, and I wish you continued success!
