Glacier Guides Lodge

We loved the breakfast, especially the burritos, which somehow became the highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly, and our room was just right: cozy and private. The place is close to the park and rental equipment, but away from the busiest areas. There are ice machines, which were perfect for filling our CamelBak, and they lend out bear spray too. We'd happily stay here again!

On our 10-day road trip, we spent one night at Glacier Guides Lodge, and it was one of our two favorite places we stayed. The rooms were clean and lovely, with super-comfortable beds. In the morning I saw deer in the woods outside my window. The people at check-in and breakfast were really nice and helpful, and breakfast had a good range of options. The rooms also had information about nearby restaurants, stores, and other local resources. It's hard to beat the location for a Glacier National Park visit, less than five minutes from the west gate.

Glacier Guides lodge was tucked away from the main West Glacier entrance, but close enough to walk down for dinner or ice cream. Our room was clean and a decent size, the staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was both tasty and convenient. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

The lodge manager was incredibly kind and let us check in late and check out very late to fit our train schedule. We took the train and walked less than five minutes to Glacier Guides lodge, which is perfectly placed near the West glacier national Park entrance. Breakfast was delicious, and coffee, tea, and snacks were available during the day. The room was cozy and comfortable after long days hiking and biking. We also booked a bike shuttle through their company. They were accommodating when we switched days to avoid getting caught in the rain. Highly recommend!
