KK at the front desk was super nice, and the bed was comfortable. I booked two nights while attending a Celebration Of Life, and the room needed more attention: the bathroom floor felt sticky, and there was a puddle from condensation around the heat/air unit and window. The room and bathroom could use better cleaning, especially in the corners, as well as renovations. We put down a towel on the floor, which may have been sticky from a cleaning product. It was a place to sleep, but the attention to detail was lacking.

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked, but there were problems all over the room. The floor was sticky, so I was glad I had flip-flops, and the shower barely ran until I switched it to shower mode. A plug by the sink didn’t work, and a bedside light started blinking while we watched TV. The toilet rocked badly, with wedges underneath it, and nearly tipped when my wife used it. We put a soap bar under the other side to steady it. It also made a high-pitched whistle. We flushed as instructed, but the sound came back after five minutes, so we turned on the fan and shut the door. The room smelled strongly of disinfectant when we arrived, so we left the door open for about an hour before bringing everything in. At check-in, we were told we had the last king room, despite booking a month ahead, and warned about the toilet whistle. We’d have asked for another room, but we’d already unpacked and had been there about an hour; we were both too tired, so we figured we’d deal with it. We knew from previous stays at Super 8’s that it would be somewhat outdated, but next time I’ll choose more carefully and check the other reviews before booking.

I stayed for a while and the room was quiet the whole time. Being on the first floor made it easy to park right in front of my room. The location is handy for common highway entrances, and breakfast is free. The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff were 10/10. KK, Neil, and Jameson, I may have the last name wrong, the other gentleman whose name starts with J, were extremely kind, patient, and accommodating with all my needs. I’d stay again and recommend it. Thanks, guys!

The overnight employee working our first night, Friday the 23 of May, made my daughter uncomfortable before she’d even asked for anything. She went downstairs to get herself and my grandson something to drink, and he was already shaking his head no. When she tried to pay with Apple Pay, he said it wasn’t working, but it turned out he just didn’t know how to use it. She didn’t get a warm welcome from him. The other staff were polite and pleasant. The young woman who checked me in was friendly, and when I had trouble with the TV she came up and fixed it right away. She was pleasant every time we interacted. The gentleman on the Saturday day shift was also very polite, pleasant, and helpful. Aside from the overnight encounter, my stay was extremely pleasant.

July 2025. I paid $880 for four nights at the most horrific hotel I’ve ever stayed in, despite having traveled in 3rd world countries. My buddy made the booking, so I hadn’t checked the reviews first. The grounds, entrance, hallways, rooms, and bathrooms were disgusting. There was hair, dirt, dust, and dirty towels in my room, and the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. I started calling around as soon as I walked in, but everywhere was booked because of the event we were in town for. I couldn’t find a single redeeming thing about this cesspool of a motel. I spoke with someone who said he was part of the “owners”; he didn’t seem surprised by what I told him and only gave an empty “sorry.” I’ll write to Wyndham when I get home. Do not stay at this roach coach motel under any circumstances. *EDIT* You replied, “I want to assure you that this is not a reflection of our usual standard of hospitality.” Are you joking? Maybe take a minute to look back through years of reviews. Nothing changes at this flee bite Motel.
