We had to stay here for several months after our house burned down. For two adults, a Yorkie, and an indoor cat, they charged us $3,000 a month. Within a week, a pink iPad, an iPhone, an Apple computer, and a Polaroid camera were stolen from our room. We also saw roaches in several rooms. With the thefts and what they charge while rooms still have roaches, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. I’m filing a police report and a report with the hotel staff.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past year. There’s usually some small thing off in the room, like a flickering vanity light, a missing cover on a light fixture, or a shower faucet that squeals. Still, the rooms are clean and pest-free, the towels and bedding are fresh, the wifi is fast, and other guests are generally quiet at all hours. The staff are friendly and the prices are good, so the little issues don’t bother me much.

The place was really run down. The comforter had stains, the bathtub was dirty, and the room reeked of weed. There was no toilet paper or soap, and the door kept jamming and beeping. We left and drove two hours home. They assured us we’d get a refund, but it never came. I tried calling and emailing and got no response.

I’ve stayed twice and found it to be a good basic hotel. My room was clean, the location worked well, and the continental breakfast was nice. That’s all I wanted from a basic place, and I’d recommend it.
