Ramada by Wyndham West Memphis

The price was budget friendly, and the staff were friendly too. We had heat, which deserves its own review, and the coffee at breakfast was good. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I stayed here on 11/8/2025, and I wish I could upload the pictures I took. There was mold in the bathroom, moldy toilet paper inside its wrapper, dust everywhere, and a booger on the headboard. The toilet had pee stains around its base. The furniture was old and rusty, the place was very outdated, and there were two huge plastered patches on the walls, each about the size of a basketball, left unpainted. The shower barely worked and made a train-like noise when switched on. When we raised these problems, the staff we spoke with were rude and said they couldn’t do anything because we’d booked through a third party, so we had to contact them. That’s unacceptable. This was the worst inn, a dirty dungeon, and I’ll never stay again. Read the reviews before booking.

I had to leave early because there were bed bugs in room 118. It was extremely dirty too. I’d first been put in room 204 at the very back, which was also extremely dirty and had horrible lighting. I asked to move closer to the office and gave the place a chance, but the next room wasn’t much better. The bathrooms were dirty, the floors and furniture were filthy, and the walls had unfinished patches over holes. The property looked nothing like the online photos, and I didn’t feel it was in a safe area. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Please stay away.

The ceiling had what looked like mold or maybe a burn mark, and there was clothing wedged between the toilet’s water line and the wall. I couldn’t tell if it was there because of a leak or because the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The mattress made an annoying noise, the air conditioning barely worked, and the shower water came out brownish at first. I could turn the shower on, but couldn’t adjust the temperature.
