Hampton Inn & Suites Sharon, PA

The place was hard to find, and inside, the building felt old and run-down. The rooms had worn, stained surfaces and thick dust on the lower shelves. I'd look for somewhere else until they renovate this property.

The fire pit out back was a lot of fun, and the staff made the whole visit pleasant. We also loved the rooms: clean, with a super-comfy bed and pillows. The air conditioning deserves a mention too, it pushed out plenty of cold air, which felt great. My wife and I were in town for a friend's wedding, and the Hampton Inn had a block of rooms for the guests. They let us check in early, then even called that day to let us know. They didn't have to do that, and we appreciated it a lot. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back.

The service was good, but the hotel's overall grungy feel was hard to overlook. It seemed dirty, and there were pretty strong odors in the room and throughout the hallways. Hampton Inn really needs to update this place.

We keep choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Sharon when we're in the area. The rates are reasonable, breakfast is hot, the rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. A couple of weeks ago, we had to leave unexpectedly early, and the staff adjusted the bill without any trouble. Once I got home, I realized I'd left some new clothes behind. I called expecting a hassle, but within an hour they had found the items and arranged to ship them. They arrived within a week. Everyone was kind and helpful through the whole thing, with no grumbling. Love this place and its efficient, caring staff. Thank you!
