Comfort Suites North Tupelo

Ms Una was a delight and very helpful. The facility was clean, and the room was decent, though the beds were hard and the AC rattled all night, so I didn't sleep well. Check the shower before getting in, since mine had no conditioner. Breakfast was an ordinary continental spread, nothing special. It was my first time at this hotel chain, and the stay wasn't too bad.

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. But on the fourth floor, the shower pressure was weak and the sink was hard to shut off completely. The shower curtain and ceiling were moldy, and the towels were badly threadbare. There was nowhere to hang a towel or robe while showering. The couch cushions had gone flat, and many corners were banged up and needed repair.

The only thing I'd add is a hook for towels just outside the shower. Otherwise, the room was really clean and comfortable, and breakfast had great options. I'd happily come back and recommend staying here.

We stop here twice a year while driving to and from Orlando, and it works well as a break along the way. Breakfast is decent. Just don't expect much from the complimentary Comfort Inn coffee, it's lackluster at best wherever you find it.
