We booked the room under our friend's name, then called around midnight to make sure there'd be no issue when he arrived about an hour later, especially with the payment. We asked the staff to check the reservation and confirm whether anything was wrong. They said the guest had to arrive with a credit card in his own name. That wouldn't work for us, though we were ready to pay online. We asked them to send a card verification form, but they refused. We also asked to speak with a manager and were denied that too. In my experience, the front desk manager had a lot of difficulty speaking English, and it seemed she didn't understand half of what I was saying or suggesting. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. If zero stars were possible, I'd give zero, but since they aren't, it's one star.

A clean, pleasant middle-class motel, and well placed for getting to the mall and nicer restaurants like Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse.

Whenever I'm in town for business, I stay here. They communicate well and are always friendly, and they get you into a room quickly so you can rest. The rooms and sheets are always clean, and my kids love the breakfast.

I did enjoy the hot shower, and there was an iron, a hair dryer, coffee and cups, though no coffee maker. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and other guests in nearby rooms were hooting and hollering all night, so I barely rested. They had no non-smoking rooms left. It was past 11 p.m. and I was exhausted, so I paid a little over $75 to sleep in an ashtray. Honestly, I think I would've been better off staying in my car at a truck stop.
