Hampton Inn by Hilton West Palm Beach Central Airport

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast staff I briefly met were welcoming too. They coordinated my shuttle pickup and departure. A quick tip: call the hotel ahead so the front desk can contact the shuttle driver. It’s shared with Embassy Suited and Hilton Garden, but the ride is very quick. Thanks to Lywanda and Missiana at the front desk. I needed somewhere clean, comfortable, affordable, and close to the airport, and this worked well.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were friendly and professional. Check-in and checkout were quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn and would gladly choose it again. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was there for work and checked in around 7, then went to dinner. The room didn’t feel especially fresh, but I sat at the desk reading and checking emails. When I opened the sheets at about 9:30 PM, I found several body hairs, as if they hadn’t been changed. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up in 10 minutes, but no one came. After about 20 minutes I went downstairs, said I needed rest for work, and wanted to stay elsewhere. The manager said he couldn’t cancel that night or the remaining nights because too much time had passed since check-in, and didn’t offer another room. I called Hilton, and they refunded the remaining nights. Not worth the hassle, especially on a work trip.

I’ve stayed here several times and have always had great interactions with Dejon. At check-in today, I waited a few minutes while my room was getting ready, then received a suite upgrade. Dejon has fantastic customer relation skills, and it’s always a pleasure working with him. Thanks again!
