I liked the location, the comfortable bed, and having a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room. There were lots of shelved cabinets for my things, and an on-site restaurant too. But the price felt high, and there was no kitchen sink or much counter space. The room had no safe or makeup mirror, the AC wouldn’t stay on, and the bedroom in the listed one-bedroom suite had no door, so there wasn’t any privacy. There was no hot water at night either. For the price, breakfast should be included, and I don’t think this should be listed as a one-bedroom.

I’m a longtime Hilton Honors member, and people like Ashley and Damien are why I’ll keep supporting the brand. I was staying at the Hampton Inn next door and learned that its room service came from the Garden Inn restaurant. After placing a dinner order, I walked over. Ashley greeted me so kindly that I decided to eat there instead of taking it to go. Damien had just prepared the order for takeaway, but quickly put it on a plate and brought it out to me. The way they treated me showed Hilton’s commitment to its customers. I hope the people who keep guests coming back are recognized.

After being snowed out of Boston for days, we finally got on a 7am flight. We thought we were going home, but the plane needed a new computer and every other flight was booked. My husband was very upset. Things started looking up when we got a room at the Airport Hilton Garden Inn at West Palm Beach. The Head of HouseKeeping got it ready for us hours early, even though check-in was at three and it was only 10:30. Jason drove us to restaurants row and picked us up when we were ready. Laura was upbeat and helpful every step of the way. The room was just okay, but the people here were 5 Star. That’s surprising at a Garden Inn.

The room and location were awesome, but the service was amazing. Laurie was so kind and easy to talk to, and her recommendations were great. She seriously deserves a raise. If you stay here, I highly recommend asking her where to eat.

For a three-star property, this is a good hotel at a reasonable price. It’s clean, quiet, and centrally located, as you’d expect from a Hilton Gardens. If you care about having a quiet room, book on the side opposite Australian Avenue.
