Hilton Palm Beach PBI

All the staff were kind and helpful during my recent stay. I’m especially grateful to Jacques Martino, who went above and beyond to help find a medically critical package that FedEx had mishandled or misplaced. Whenever I passed through the lobby, Jacques updated me until he managed to track it down. Thank you, Jacques and team. Your service made this a great stay.

The lobby was the only decent part of the hotel. It looked nice, but the rest of the stay was poor. The showers never seemed clean, with hair on the ceiling and all around the bathroom edges even before we arrived. The AC ran all night without cooling the room, just moving musty air around. The beds were uncomfortable, basically on wooden slats. I wouldn’t stay again unless the place gets some serious renovations.

Osteria, the restaurant, was incredible, and the hotel itself was extremely clean, with very well-kept rooms. The location is great for downtown West Palm Beach, and free parking is a really good perk. The staff are always amazing and friendly. Hilton spoils me a little as a lifetime diamond member, and I appreciated the fresh fruit and chocolate dessert they sent to my room when I arrived. There was a lovely note with them too, such a thoughtful gesture. I love this hotel. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The location is convenient and easy to get around from, whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. My stay at Hilton PBI felt smooth from beginning to end, and I’d gladly return and recommend it. The room was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was outstanding, the linens crisp, and the atmosphere calm and upscale, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff made a strong impression too. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping and the common areas, was warm, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. It felt like people took pride in making the stay seamless. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, but this one stood out for getting everything right. It was a refined, stress-free experience.
