Hilton West Palm Beach

The room was pretty average, though the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water, but the pressure was weak. You can use the empty minibar fridge for your own things, and the Hilton app works as a room key and lets you start the elevator. Outside, the pool and reception area are lovely, and the lobby has a nice bar with comfortable seating. It’s a large hotel in west Palm Springs, priced about like other big hotels nearby. The airport is close and there’s a shuttle. The Norton art museum and mar a lago are also nearby.

We got snowed in during our wedding weekend, so our stay ran longer than planned. The staff handled all the extended stays really well. Bambi at the front desk was kind and professional, and a real godsend. We loved the pool, and Nick was great there. The Galley restaurant was delicious, too. We were lucky to have those extra days at such a great hotel with a fantastic staff.

The grounds were attractive and well kept, and the location is great. Sam, the pool waitress, was a bright spot in an otherwise poor experience: she was friendly and helpful. We attended a wedding and stayed in room 620. It was cramped, the bed was much too hard, and we all woke with hip pain after tossing around trying to get comfortable. The pillows were thinner than crepes, and sleep was rough. Shower pressure was so bad it was hard to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. The doors slam shut, which is a lovely way to get woken up. Service was poor overall. In my opinion, location is the only reason to pick this hotel.

Michele Ratcliff handled a potential safety concern quickly and professionally, and followed through in a way that showed real ownership. At the bar, Jolie made beautifully balanced drinks with care, and her warm, friendly personality made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. We also want to thank Javier Lopez, Emeily, Madison, Jolie, Michele, and the rest of the team for making our spontaneous visit memorable. Hospitality was excellent from start to finish at Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
