Queens Lodge Motel

The bathroom had a lot of visible mold, and the staff were rude. After more than ten years of travel and plenty of questionable hotels and motels, this is the worst place I've stayed. I paid $200 for a two-bed room, but when I arrived they said only one-bed rooms were available. They offered no compensation and told me to take it up with my bank. My bank reversed the charges, but the hotel called them back and claimed I had actually stayed in a two-bed room. That wasn't true, and now I have to pay for something I didn't get. Even a small amount of compensation would have helped, but they refused. This place may be the worst in all of Florida. I'll report it to the department of health and other entities. If you care about your health, don't book here.

The room was tiny, worn out, and clearly neglected. The furniture was old, the atmosphere unpleasant, the water smelled bad, and the shower seemed completely obsolete. There wasn't even a desk to work at. Service was just as poor. After I rang the bell because nobody was visible at the front desk, the staff member seemed annoyed. They also first claimed they couldn't find my reservation, which caused needless stress after a long day. This fell below even basic standards of hospitality and customer care. With so many places to choose from, I can't recommend this hotel under any circumstances. If comfort and respectful service matter to you, leave it off your list.

A really good value and a nice property. The rooms aren't brand new, but this was the best deal around and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone on staff was warm and friendly. - Samuel

Ms. Elizabeth made our vacation stay amazing. She was the sweetest, most helpful person I've met on a trip to FL, and her personality is awesome. Hotels could use more Elizabeths. Thanks again for such great service!
