The affordable prices and great staff alone make me recommend this place. Mr.Edgar Belmonte goes way beyond what's expected for the company. I've seen him working on days he's supposed to be off, and I'm grateful for his remarkable hospitality and kindness. Vincent, fee, Carlos, and the other asking lady who helped me at the front desk were also wonderful. I trust this establishment and will be glad to stay again, visit, and recommend it to anyone. The staff were the one good part. Everyone at the desk and in maintenance was friendly and quick to respond. The rest of the place was dirty and poorly maintained, and some things made us feel unsafe. Our shower curtain was torn, the beds were uncomfortable enough that we felt the springs, and the carpet felt grimy. The room smelled like sweat and old feet. There was dirt and trash on the stairs, in common areas, and around the pools. Police were there at least one night. On our first night, a car drove slowly around the lot and tried to get me, a woman, to come over to it for who knows what reason. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

The only pleasant part was the first front desk attendant I met at check-in. She was kind and professional. After that, the stay was awful. There was visible mold in the bathroom, on the ceiling, on the blow dryer, and in the room, and the bathtub was extremely dirty. Dirt was in every corner, so the rooms clearly aren't being cleaned properly. When I asked for housekeeping, they said they wouldn't clean because it was a holiday. I asked just to exchange the towels, but the housekeeper took the dirty ones and never brought clean ones back. One staff member initially refused to give me a key, saying my room number didn't exist and my name wasn't on file. Police were on the property nearly every night, which added to how uncomfortable I felt. I was traveling with three toddlers, and the conditions felt so unsafe that I had to send two of my children to stay with nearby family. I booked a relaxing holiday away from home, but it became stressful and disappointing. I regret booking and wish I could get a full refund. Guests, especially families with children, shouldn't be put in rooms with visible mold and unsanitary conditions. I believe a refund is warranted.

I've stayed here every time I come in for work, and each visit has been better than the last. Management is always great, and the rooms seem to be getting cleaner and cleaner. It's quiet, family-friendly, and very clean. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a stay, whatever the reason for your visit.
