The Ben West Palm, Autograph Collection

The rooftop bar and restaurant were a favorite, and the whole place has such a great feel. We spent the first weekend of March there for a girls weekend, and the property was gorgeous, clean, and modern. Everyone on staff was wonderful. Michael Risner, the bellman, was especially sweet. He helped us with everything from the room and checked it again for us. We had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back with family and friends.

My room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with everything I needed for a business trip. The Ben Hotel has a stylish, modern feel, plus a well-equipped gym and a rooftop bar with lovely city views. I stayed one night for work and found the staff warm and welcoming. It’s close to restaurants, businesses, and local attractions, yet tucked on a quiet side street, so I didn’t hear traffic in the room. A great choice in downtown West Palm Beach.

Aline at the front desk, Linda from concierge, and Anthony in security were so compassionate when we realized we’d left something with huge sentimental value behind. They listened, kept in touch, and helped us find it. I’m sure others behind the scenes helped too. Their kindness meant a lot to my family. We’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel three times already and will be back soon. The holiday decorations are gorgeous as well.

Bernardo, the General Manager, and Aline, the Front Office Manager, made our girls weekend extra special. Before we arrived, I asked if they had ideas for surprising my best friend and her daughter, and they were incredibly thoughtful. Everyone welcomed us warmly, and the check-in was smooth. The bellmen were friendly, professional, and helpful, and the gentleman who checked us in was particularly kind. Our spotless, beautiful room had a spectacular marina view. We’re very grateful and can’t wait to return to The Ben, Autograph Collection.
