A local friend recommended Grandview Gardens, and we spent several lovely days there. The rooms were spotless, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. My husband and I had different schedules because of activities with friends, so we needed two keys. Usually they provide just one, but I mentioned it and Rebecca had a second key ready within moments. She and Maggie were outstanding hosts. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Rebecca kept in touch from before we arrived through the whole stay, was accommodating about our particular needs, and gave us fabulous suggestions. Maggie was helpful too, and the two of them make a great team. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them. It was too chilly for us to use the pool that weekend, but it was nice knowing it’s heated. We had everything we needed in the room: a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board, which made late nights and early mornings easy. We felt right at home at GG. It’s a true gem in a picturesque historic neighborhood that’s lovely for walks. Cozy, quaint, charming, rustic, lush, and dreamy are all words I’d use. My husband and I had the cherished weekend we’d hoped for, and we’ll always remember it. Looking forward to another visit.

A lovely B&B, with big, airy rooms and VERY comfortable beds. Maggie, who seems to do everything, is great, and there’s a nice pool. They don’t serve breakfast, but that was no trouble: a lovely cafe/bakery is a five-minute walk away, and you can make tea and coffee in the living area. It’s a great alternative to the VERY expensive hotels in WPB. Downtown is a 30-minute walk or 10-minute Uber ride. Thoroughly recommend.

For my first trip to Palm Beach, I stayed at Grandview and had an amazing time. It’s in a historic district just a few minutes from downtown, so you get a calm, picturesque setting with entertainment and dining close by. The property is beautiful without being over the top, and feels relaxing and thoughtfully designed. My room was gorgeous, with french doors that opened right onto the pool. The tile work, bathroom, bed, and patio made it a great place to unwind on my own. The pool and patio felt like something from a private resort. The water seemed super clean, and I don’t think it was chlorinated at all. Since it was December, I only dipped in once, but was happy to find it slightly heated. The main house was lovely too. I didn’t spend much time there, though I could imagine getting some work done in that area on a future visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with check-in and check-out. I wish I could give the place more stars, and I’ll definitely return.
