At 8 pm I had to find another room for the night because I couldn’t get into the place. I had never been told how to access it, and nobody was on site when I arrived. I called and was told the person needed to contact the “hotel” and would have them call me, but no one ever did. The next person I spoke to gave me the same answer. The website makes this look like a boutique hotel, but it’s a rental house with no real management support. Worst accommodation experience I’ve had.

We had booked a stay for a little over a month later to visit family, but had to cancel after a family member passed away. We contacted them and even sent documentation as proof, yet they said there would be no refund. In all my travels, I’ve never seen such disregard for people, especially from a business in hospitality. They’ll probably rent the room again anyway, despite the policy they claim to have on the website, and make double the amount. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Avoid booking with this company at all costs. The AC didn’t work when I arrived, and they wouldn’t replace it until I said I’d leave a terrible review. Then they offered to move me instead of fixing it. Their associate lied about the unit’s availability, and after a few days they finally installed the cheapest, loudest unit they could buy. This was the worst Airbnb reservation experience I’ve ever had.

Don’t stay there.
