The room was clean and I had no issues there. The pool area is a nice place to cool off, which you may appreciate since the hallways and elevator get very warm. One of the three elevators was out of service too.

I was in Florida for a business event at a different, super expensive property, but I was really impressed with this Marriott. The property is spacious and contemporary, with a lovely Bistro restaurant, a great concierge-level room on the top floor, and lovely personnel. I was very pleased and will definitely come back next year.

The rooms are fine and the property is in good shape, with a comfortable outdoor area by the pool. It is an older property, though, and the gaps under the doors are annoying. After tile floors were installed, there’s about an inch between the doors and the floor, so you can hear most hallway noise and even sounds from between rooms. The lobby restaurant has a cool local feel, but I wasn’t planning to have dinner there. Service was great.

The rooms were immaculate and the restaurant was amazing, but the front desk staff really stood out. Kevin and Katrice were so polite and went above and beyond. They clearly care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back, and a big thank you to them!

West Palm traffic is awful, but that’s just the area, not the hotel. The rooms were clean, the lobby restaurant food was good, and everyone on staff was extremely friendly. Logan at the front desk was especially great: friendly and helpful, and even suggested a couple places to fish and get great food. Logan really made our stay.
