The place had everything we needed for cooking, bathing, and sleeping, and it was clean. The neighbors downstairs were really nice and helpful. We had an excellent stay and would definitely check out Panhandle Getaways if we come back to the area.

The stay itself was very nice, with what you need to be comfortable. The pricing was the downside: I was quoted $386 online, but the bill came to over $700 after the service fees were added. That felt like a big gap between the advertised rate and the final cost.

It was easy to get to the beach on foot, with plenty of attractions only minutes away. The place was neat, clean, and roomy. When the dryer had an issue, they brought extra towels that same day, and the owner came by the next day to repair it. Perfect stay.

The place looks newly renovated, but the window units are noisy and feel pretty cheesy. Housekeeping was borderline, too. Keeping up with maintenance would make this a four star place.
