Jennifer made our stay so enjoyable that we'd absolutely come back. She was smiling, friendly, and ready to help throughout, and you could tell she cared about the guests and worked hard. We even saw her helping housekeeping clean rooms, which said a lot about her teamwork and dedication. When we needed extra towels, she brought them over before we could even get to the door, still smiling. Her kindness and effort impressed us enough that we happily gave her a $50 tip. Thank you, Jennifer!

The front desk woman was really sweet and helpful whenever I needed anything. The hotel itself was nice, though they don't make the beds every day. I only found that out a couple of days in, when I noticed a sign explaining the policy. The location was okay. Riverdale shops were about a 20-minute walk away if you don't have a car, and the walk back was another 20 minutes.

We go here when we visit the casino, and I've stayed at the hotel a couple of times. It's near lots of stores and restaurants, the rooms are clean, and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is okay, usually eggs or pancakes plus some other choices, with coffee, tea, and juice. I'd recommend it to friends.

A friend was visiting from out of town, and I found this place on a whim for a one-night stay. The staff were very accommodating, and having a continental breakfast was a nice bonus. I'd definitely stay again if I needed to.

The people here were the best part of my stay. Everyone I met was friendly and understanding, shared useful tips about the area, and checked that I was comfortable. That kind of service made a real difference, and I'd come back for it alone. The hotel was being renovated while I was there, but the work didn't cause much disruption. My room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed for a short visit. It stayed quiet, the bed was comfy, and I didn't have any noise issues. Breakfast was another plus: fresh, hot food and a good range of choices each morning. The renovation wasn't intrusive, and it's clear the hotel is working to improve things. I'd be interested to see it once all the upgrades are finished.
