We stayed Feb 23 -27 2026, and the service was awful. I needed two extra pillows for a medical confirm, but each night the front desk made an excuse and said there wasn't ONE spare pillow anywhere in the hotel. They claimed they were full or 90% full, and wouldn't even provide one from an unrented room when I asked. It seemed like refusing was a joke to them. On the fourth day, they also wouldn't clean our room. I want a full refund for the poor service all around.

The rooms and property were very clean and spacious, and breakfast had a big selection. The location worked well for our events, the price was good, and I would stay again. Some things could be better: you can hear a lot of hallway noise, the rooms have no safe, and toiletries didn't include lotion. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very nice. Front desk service was just okay, though the night clerks were funny.

A lovely view of the mountains, clean rooms, and breakfast included for a reasonable price. Weekend breakfast was excellent; during the week it was a little less impressive, but still pretty good. I'd recommend staying here.

After a seven-hour drive from las Vegas, my family and I really enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The breakfast also had high-quality items, and this was one of our best hotel stays so far. The place looks newly renovated, and it's very clean, with fresh-smelling linens on the beds. The one thing that bothered us at night was the blinking light on the smoke alarm. I hope they figure out a way to address it.

For what you pay, Crystal Inn is the best value in the area. There are two nearby hotels that cost less, but I don't think they're worth it. The pool is wonderful. I'd give the room four stars because I need more light, and I don't know why so many hotels keep their rooms so dim. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to West Valley City.
