The room was dirty, with filthy windows, trash in the hallways, and a dorm-like smell from people cooking in their rooms. The check-in experience was a mess too. There was just one person at the desk, and despite my reservation made weeks earlier, I was told only one room was left at 6 pm. They put me in a handicap room, and I didn't like the shower or how low everything was. When I asked to switch, the attendant called the manager and returned 20 minutes later to say nothing could be done. Then I found the room had no working AC and was 89 degrees. The attendant said he'd come up, but I waited another 20 minutes. Downstairs, he said he'd call engineering, then went back to checking in other guests. By 7:30 pm, after driving 12 hours without eating, I still had no idea when anyone would come, and was handed a fan that barely helped. When I asked for the manager, the attendant said she was off, even though he had just spoken to her. I gave up and found a cheaper room across the way at the Hilton, which was much nicer, cleaner, and quieter. Marriott was helpful and told me to return and check out. I did at 8:30 pm, but the hotel refused to refund me. The front desk was slow and seemed totally incompetent at both check-in and checkout. Marriott did give me a free night for a future stay, so at least that part worked out. Stay away. The Hilton next door is wonderful by comparison.

We had a great time here for my son's birthday. Being able to relax and enjoy the pool made the stay especially nice, and we loved having a full kitchen in our clean room. Everyone we met at the front desk was friendly and kind. Sila helped with our rooms, Esther arranged our upgrade, and Koli made sure breakfast was ready and stayed warm. We enjoyed the visit and will definitely come back.

I felt safe and well looked after during my stay at TownePlace Suites. Izaiah helped with both my current and future reservations, and made sure my guest could see me when they arrived after hours. They also kept my schedule in mind, explained the enhanced Wi-Fi, pointed me toward nearby food and activities, and got my TV issue handled right away. The next day, they checked in during their shift to make sure everything was resolved. They always greeted me warmly and were helpful whenever I had questions. Edy from maintenance was kind and patient while working on the TV. When it became clear a part had to be ordered and Izaiah was off shift, Eddie quickly moved me to another room with the same view and helped carry all my belongings. That made a big difference. The hospitality from Izaiah and Eddie has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

Everyone here has been amazing, and I've truly enjoyed my stay. Elvi is especially delightful. Her good morning greeting and wonderful smile became something I looked forward to. She makes you feel like you're her top priority, even though it's clear she treats everyone that way.

I've stayed here twice, and both visits were great. The front desk crew will go above and beyond, Eddie in maintenance is great, and Citali the housekeeper is great too. It feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend! 😄
