1872 Inn - Adults Exclusive

The breakfast bar was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome. Our room felt cozy but still refined, and the lobby smelled wonderful as soon as we came in. The 1872 Inn is tucked away at the edge of town, so it was a quiet place to unwind after exploring Yellowstone National Park or driving through on a scenic road trip. It works well for a solo traveler, a couple, or friends looking for some calm. It costs a little more than other local places, but the amenities and peaceful, upscale feel made the extra expense worthwhile for us. I'd put the 1872 Inn on your itinerary.

The service was the highlight of our short stay. We arrived late, and the front desk was ready for us. The gentleman checking us in offered dinner suggestions, gave us a useful map, and even walked us to our room. The room was comfortable, and the bed was extremely good. We also appreciated the snacks, the great two-person shower, and the luxurious towel warmer. The sauna looked inviting, though we didn't have time to try it. It was a bit more expensive than we felt it was worth. The room was cozy but smaller than the online photos led us to expect, and the view was of a dumpster. Even so, we enjoyed the service and slept comfortably.

The room was comfortable, and the bathrooms were top notch. Breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the front desk service went above and beyond. This place is a hidden gem, and we'll definitely stay here again when we visit Yellowstone.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice location just a few minutes' drive from the park entrance. Breakfast was very good, though there wasn't much fruit to choose from. Everything was very clean. My only real downside was the bed, which felt too soft to me, even if most people may like softer beds.
