Local Montana tea and coffee were always available in the lounge, and blankets were set out by the firepit, details Cory clearly thought through. Our cabin was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with lots of space for our pup to walk around. The firepit in the common area was lit every night. It was quiet despite being only two blocks from the activity in town, and close to Yellowstone’s West Entrance. We’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cory was so helpful and accommodating, and even found me a last-minute tour to see old faithful. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were great, and the rooms were clean and really comfortable. Out of all the nearby options, I think I picked the best place. Great location, and I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

The afternoon cookies were the icing on the cake! We really enjoyed this hotel, with its friendly staff, convenient location for our Yellowstone Park tours, and excellent breakfast. Thank you!

At Golden Stone Inn, Cory was a gracious, welcoming host, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to unwind and chat with other travelers. The cabins were immaculate, carefully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in West Yellowstone. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh, delicious choices, and the garden with two cozy fireplaces was a lovely place to relax, swap stories, make s’mores, and wind down after exploring. Cory also knows the Park and the surrounding area well. We didn’t try the fly fishing experiences, but other guests raved about his guided tours. On his suggestion, we went to the Bear and Wolf Discovery Center and spent hours watching the animals in their beautiful habitats. The knowledgeable guides made it unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.
