The room was really clean, and this place has a cute, cozy feel. It’s right outside the Yellow Stone entrance, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. I have to say, it was a bucking good stay.

Cabin #13, The Bear was just right for my husband and me. Small and cozy, but it had everything we needed, and the cute little town was less than five minutes from Yellowstone’s west entrance. The tub had a small drainage problem, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. We absolutely loved staying here and plan to come back soon 😊

We had high hopes after reading the reviews and seeing how much we paid, but the large cabin out back had a lot of problems. Its tiny AC unit was frozen, and the fan in the upstairs bedroom rattled and shook. There were three rocks and three blue earplugs on the floor, so I’m not sure it had been vacuumed. The upstairs shower curtain fell on my children twice because it wasn’t secured to the wall. The upstairs bathroom tile was cracked, and some upstairs windows had no locks. My five-year-old opened one easily. On the plus side, it had plates, pans, some seasonings, a grill, rice cooker, washer and dryer, and dishwasher.

The room was very functional and had everything we needed. The beds were lovely, and we liked the personal touches. Staff weren’t onsite, but they responded quickly when we needed something. Our bath wouldn’t drain. Someone came to look at it promptly, but it still wasn’t properly fixed. Since we weren’t staying long, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. This was a wonderful, very clean little motel. For dinner, Maddison Crossing and La Jungla were our favorites.
