We saw so many amazing animals during our Yellowstone trip, which made the whole experience special. The hotel also has a unique design, modern but still warm and welcoming. Our room was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details like lightly scented toiletries and soft, comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were kind and patient whenever we needed help, from check-in to asking for local tips.
The staff here were really nice to us. We’d definitely come back!

We were left without a room on a busy Memorial Day weekend, so I’d avoid booking here. We’d reserved for our Yellowstone trip and the listed check-in window ran from 4 to 11 p.m. At 9 p.m., the hotel called to say there was no room for us because, they said, an assistant had overbooked and given ours to someone else. We were stranded in an unfamiliar city with no hotels available. I’d look for somewhere else to stay, perhaps in Big Sky instead of West Yellowstone.
