Extended Stay America Suites Boston Westborough Computer Dr

Tee from housekeeping was especially kind. A few days after I checked in for a medical procedure, she overheard I was struggling to get rides to appointments and offered to help however she could. Chrissy and Donna at the front desk have also been wonderful, always looking out for people and helping guests enjoy their stay. The staff are amazing, kind, and accommodating. It feels like a community where everyone can feel at home.

Ryan clearly takes pride in his work and the building. My wife and I stayed three days for a concert and a little getaway, and the staff were helpful and hospitable. We also got great tips about local restaurants, shops, and things to do.

The staff were friendly and brought dishes, a dish drainer, dish soap, and wash rags when I asked. The shower and tables were clean, the bed was clean with no bed bugs, and the large TV was nice. Hot water was available right away, and all the lights worked. The cabinet space and burners weren't very clean, though.

The room was nothing fancy, more like a landlord special, and the bathroom smelled like pee. It seemed the floor hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were clean, but the mattress felt like an air mattress. The whole building smelled strange, a mix of pot, garbage, and fragrances trying to cover it up. Each floor has garbage areas, which I think contribute to the smell, and open hallway windows let smoke in from outside. For two nights, we got what we paid for in terms of decor, but cleanliness and odor should be the bare minimum. They should clean the floors, remove the garbage areas, and enforce the no smoking rule. I booked through a third party and called ahead to check that everything had gone through. The person on the phone was very kind and got back to me quickly without putting me on hold. This was our first time in the Boston area, and the hotel's name was misleading: it's about a 45-minute to 1-hour drive from downtown. When we arrived, there was nobody at the desk, and we had to look around the corner before someone came to help. We didn't expect luxury or very comfortable beds, but the smell and lack of cleanliness were disappointing.
