There were several other people in the lobby with reservations, and the employee seemed not to care about any of us. He told me there were no rooms and to leave, even though I'd arrived to check in for a four-day booking. We were all left out on the street. The strange thing is that, from outside this motel, you can see rooms through the windows that look available. The customer service was extremely rude and showed no regard for guests. Stay far away.

That room was nasty and stunk. I wasted 90 dollars on the week, and didn't get my money back. The guy acted like there weren't any rooms, then gave me one anyway. Now I have to call my bank.

We ended up taking a room because we had nowhere else to go, but spare yourself the trouble and find somewhere much nicer. The rooms were dirty, the doors were messed up, there was no fridge or microwave, and bugs were crawling in the drawers. The front desk was rude and barely spoke English, and the manager wasn't helpful. I really didn't appreciate the service. Don't book online. The computer system doesn't go through because of the low price, and they cancel reservations made online. I had to call customer support, while the front desk person wouldn't cooperate. They don't take credit or debit cards either. Save your money, time, and patience.

In the end, I stayed somewhere else down the road for roughly $85, and it was much nicer. The guy at this hotel was unpleasant and yelled through bulletproof glass, but maybe he was doing me a kindness by saving me from staying there. If you must go, pay cash on arrival. I don't know what would've happened if I'd paid ahead, since he wouldn't let me get a word in or even consider that I had a reservation. I suspect he'd have demanded the full $85 regardless of any payment already made. I don't mind a bad hotel. I'd read the reviews and still thought, how bad can it be? Then I called to ask about a room and price. It went to their answering service, and the call was bizarre, one of the strangest I've had. Try calling about availability and you'll see. Somehow I made a reservation: cash was fine, $55, and they sent a link to pay then and save $3. I said I'd pay cash, which turned out to be a good decision. When I arrived, the first thing I heard was, "$85 night!" Maybe it was a language barrier, or maybe he just wasn't having it. I said I'd called and had a reservation, but he kept insisting, "$85!" I laughed and asked who I'd spoken to on the phone, since the person was from his company. For a moment I wondered if I'd even spoken to the hotel, but it didn't seem like a scammer pretending to be them. The caller knew hotel rules and details, and had said cash was fine. It'd be a strange scam to tell someone not to give a credit card. After what happened, though, the hotel itself seemed like a scam, right there in person.
