The card lock was a nice touch since it lets you tap instead of swipe, which has caused me trouble at other hotels. My king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice, though I would've liked a larger TV. The room had enough space, was clean, and looked out over the parking lot so I could keep an eye on my car. Staff were pleasant and professional. I was in town for a friend's wedding about 30 minutes away, and breakfast the next morning had the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, coffee, and so on. There wasn't much seating, but I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Breakfast gets busy and the dining room could use more seats. The scrambled eggs were bland, though the Western omelet was delicious, and the food was good otherwise. Staff were friendly, the price was good, and the linens, pillows, and bed were comfortable. Hot shower too. I was a little disappointed that not every room has a mini fridge.

My purse got left downtown in Boston, and a kind woman found it. Since my hotel receipt was still inside, she and the hotel staff helped get it back to me. They were excellent. The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the rate was reasonable. They also suggested a great restaurant. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Westfield, for a great stay! :)

We arrived at 10am and, to our surprise, our room was already ready. The front desk staff were fast and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had good choices that tasted good. Very pleased with the stay and I'd come back.

That pancake machine managed to ruin the pancake experience by dispensing two stuck together. Still, the blankets kept me warm and the queen bed was comfy for sleeping. The continental breakfast was great, especially those cinnamon buns. I'd give it five stars if not for the pancake mishap.
