Comfort Inn White House

The staff at check-in and checkout were polite, professional, and accommodating about our preference request. The hotel was clean, modern, attractive, and felt safe. We found it delightfully affordable for Dec 19, especially with Nashville hotel prices nearby. We’d recommend it and would stay again.

I called on Thursday to ask them to accept a work package due to arrive Saturday, and they said no when it showed up. I’d taken an early flight and landed in Nashville at 10 am, then traveled to this disgrace of a hotel in White House, only to have my packages rejected. The male desk attendant with glasses even claimed, “I never gave a heads up.” Someone might have known if they’d done their job and taken notes, but this place is far too unprofessional for that. Thankfully, I canceled the booking and found a room for the same price at the Hampton down the road. They won’t be getting my diamond member service or currency.

My friend is allergic to cats and dogs, so finding a hotel that doesn’t allow pets can be a struggle. This hotel DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. YAY! The room was spacious and clean, the shower had strong water pressure, and breakfast was fine and free. The night clerk was welcoming and friendly. It’s right off the highway. Strongly recommend!

The room itself was nice, but I won’t go back. They nearly canceled my reservation because I live only 20 miles away, then made me stand through a 10-minute lecture from the manager about why. I told them a few times to refund me so I could go across the street, and they started grilling me about my intentions. They honored the reservation this time because I was by myself, but they won’t let me stay there again because I’m local.
