I’ve stayed here several times over the last 10 years, but since the ownership changed two years ago or more, the place has become horrible. The beds are a bit dirty, the mattresses are worn out with huge divots where people have slept, and the pillows are thin and lumpy. The corners of the rooms are dirty and not well kept. The air conditioner kept throwing errors and turning itself off, and the shower supplies weren’t restocked; all the bottles were broken. The front desk staff was extremely rude. Between 1 and 2 a.m., a jackhammer inside the hotel kept my whole group awake. When I asked about it, I was rudely dismissed with, “I want working I don’t know.” I tried asking follow-up questions, but was brushed off. I’m extremely disappointed in the direction this hotel has taken. I won’t stay here again. Please take your business elsewhere. They’re extremely rude and don’t care about customer satisfaction, and the rooms aren’t clean. Pick another hotel and save yourself.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and ready to help. There were plenty of fresh choices at breakfast, and the location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

Breakfast was actually pretty good, and the rooms were fine, though the AC made a crazy noise. The elevator is terrifying. It really shouldn’t jerk around that much. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the front desk person just can’t manage to be polite or welcoming. I’m not sure why, maybe they don’t even realize that’s expected.

The location is very convenient, right in town among lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores, with the train station just steps away. My mom and I stayed a few weeks ago and found the room very comfortable, with more space than I expected. Breakfast is included and has a great variety. The people at the front desk were friendly, especially Przemek, a very nice young man.

We felt right at home thanks to the staff’s warm welcome, and the lobby’s beautiful design made a great first impression. Our room was spotless and roomy, with lovely furnishings and a bed that felt like heaven. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices. The location is close to everything but still wonderfully peaceful. Westfield Inn is a gem, and I’d be happy to return. Greetings to the lovely Westfield Inn Staff :)
