The hotel is a little outside town, but the prices are much more reasonable. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the breakfast room was full of people sitting around without eating. Friends or relatives, maybe? We took our food back to the room. The rules say not to, but they told us we could.

We stayed during a blizzard, and the staff went out of their way to plow my car out of the parking lot. The room and bedding were clean, and I even checked the bedding with a blacklight. The weekend price was decent, and breakfast had a great range of freshly made options. My one complaint is that they wouldn’t let us take breakfast back to our room.

There’s an elevator, which was nice to have, though it was clearly added after the hotel was built and only fits two adults with their luggage. The hotel itself was clean, with plain but nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was disappointing, especially the eggs. Still, we’d stay again.

It was clean, but expensive. I could’ve gotten the same value elsewhere for 70-90, but I was too lazy to drive farther. There’s no real gym, just a stepper and a treadmill that didn’t work. That was disappointing, and they shouldn’t advertise it. The hot tub and sauna were fine.

The room looked clean and smelled clean, and the staff were very nice. I didn’t have breakfast or use the hot tub, since there was a heart shaped tub in the room, but the hot tub area looked really clean and nice. It’s a bit outside Munising, so you have to drive into town, but it’s such a cute town. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
