The rooms were clean and nice for the price, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a great base for visiting the Arvada area of Denver, with an ideal location close to the freeway toward either Golden or Downtown Denver. I’d stay here again.

The front desk staff were nice, but good luck with your reservation. As I was told by General Manager Robert Grant, the bank is in possession of the hotel and there aren’t any particular owners at the moment. The place is falling apart, and they don’t have the money to fix it.

Being right by the highway made it easy to get around to everything I needed in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a good range of food, and there’s a handy little store for things you may have forgotten.

The fenced parking lot seemed safe, though there are some homeless people and vagrants in the area. Getting to I-70 is convenient, but I’d drive a bit farther to stay at a nicer IHG Hotel. The place felt grungy, and our bathroom had mold on the upper walls and ceiling that looked sloppily painted over, as if someone had sprayed paint there to cover it. For the price, I wish the hotel were better.

I was here for a short stay last summer. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the customer service was superb. Whoever was at the front desk on the night of 6/29/24 was very helpful and deserves recognition. I didn’t get their name.
