The staff are the reason this gets two stars from me. Dinner at the buffet was mediocre, mostly cold, and seemed to have been sitting out too long. We left the maid service sign on the door, but nobody came. When we asked the front desk to refresh the coffee and water, they brought all decaf even though we clearly asked for regular. The casino allows smoking, and the ventilation is poor even in the non-smoking area, so the smell lingers if you don't smoke. We won't return. It's worth driving farther to stay somewhere else.

The bathrooms need attention. The men's restroom smelled strongly enough that you could notice it from far away, and the women's bathroom wasn't in good shape either. Service, on the other hand, was great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and we had a good time at the casino. If the cleanliness were as good as the service, this place would be much better.

I'm not a gambler and don't usually go to casinos, but the employees made me feel like a high roller. They greeted me by name when I came in and took time to explain everything without seeming annoyed. Great staff. I'd definitely go back.

I booked a room online expecting two queen beds, but when we arrived it was a king. The listing also claimed a partnership with SpringHill Suites at Marriott, which turned out not to be true, and said rideshare was available, which wasn't true either. Then I woke up to a $25 card charge for food and drinks that we never got. Not happy.

The games were fun, so this place could have been a good experience, but smoking is allowed throughout the casino. If you dislike smoke, the smell on your clothes, or sitting beside people who are smoking, I'd avoid it. When I asked staff for a plastic bag for my clothes, they said the smell wasn't that bad. I had to ask several times before the front desk finally gave me one. I won't be back.
